We welcome coaches with varying levels of experience. Typically, coaches have at least 2-3 years of debate experience, but we also offer training programs for those interested in developing coaching skills. More important than experience is your enthusiasm and commitment to helping others grow.
Club leaders receive a comprehensive startup kit, including debate curriculum materials, organizational templates, and promotional resources.
