Once you submit your application, you'll receive a welcome email with login details for our community portal. There, you'll find orientation materials, upcoming events, and contact information for your regional coordinator who can help you get started.

We welcome coaches with varying levels of experience. Typically, coaches have at least 2-3 years of debate experience, but we also offer training programs for those interested in developing coaching skills. More important than experience is your enthusiasm and commitment to helping others grow.

Club leaders receive a comprehensive startup kit, including debate curriculum materials, organizational templates, and promotional resources. We also provide ongoing mentorship, connection to our regional network, and opportunities for leadership development through special workshops and conferences.

All members receive information about upcoming tournaments in our newsletter and on our website. Registration is typically done through our event portal. New members can participate in our introductory tournaments, while more experienced debaters can qualify for regional and international competitions.

No, as a non-profit organization, we don't charge membership fees. Our programs are funded through grants, partnerships, and donations.
